Ageing is a process where damage happens to the cell and organism with the passage of time.  In the ageing mechanism of our body; organs, tissues and cells are subjected to a variety of destructive forces from external environment as well as inside our body even molecular level.

In the twenty first century; the average life expectancy has increased dramatically due to the medical advancement. But to our surprise we find people are primarily suffering from chronic degenerative diseases and quality of our extended life has taken a major setback. In short we are leading a short term of healthy life and a long term of diseased life.

Good sleep:

Stimulate your brain:
The brain is like other parts of your body, needs exercise to avoid becoming sluggish and even disease – ridden.
