Ageing is a process where damage happens

life expectancy has increased dramatically due to the medical advancement. But
to our surprise we find people are primarily suffering from chronic degenerative
diseases and quality of our extended life has taken a major setback. In short
we are leading a short term of healthy life and a long term of diseased life.
