Homemade Dishes - Kerala Feast

Kerala Feast



The Kerala feast is known as Sadya means banquet.  Sadya is a traditional meal served on banana leaf.  A sadya can have 24 to 28 dishes served as a single course.  Following are the dishes.

                                             



The main dish is plain boiled rice.  The side dishes are collectively called Kootan.
