Aerobic Exercise
Physical exercises done
at a moderate level for a long period of time is Aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise generates energy during
exercise using oxygen, required for the work out. Aerobic exercise like walking, jogging,
running, swimming and bicycling help you live longer. During aerobic activity you move your larger
muscles in your arms, legs and hips. You
will breathe faster and maximize the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster and increase the
blood flow to your muscles and back to lungs. All your blood vessels will widen to deliver
more oxygen to your muscles and carry away waste products (CO2 and
lactic acid). Your body will release
Endorphin, natural pain killer that promote and increase the sense of
well-being.
