Kichadi
A south Indian dish made with bitter gourd/cucumber and curd in raw or
cooked.
Ingredients
- 1 medium bitter gourd (diced)
- Small ball of tamarind
- Salt to taste
Masala mix
- 2-3 green chilli
- 1 stalk curry leaf
- ½ coconut grated
- 1 tsp jeera
Top up
- 1 cup curd
- Oil/ghee
Preparation
In a pan cook the bitter gourd with tamarind and salt, wait till water
evaporates. Grind the masala mix into a
nice paste and mix with the curd. Add
the curd masala mix to the cooked bitter gourd and top up with the oil/ghee;
